Miami Beach Boutique Hotel
Group Stimulus Program

This program has been developed by the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority (VCA) and is being promoted by the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB). Our aim is two-fold:

1) To generate incremental business for our Miami Beach Boutique Hotel properties

2) Reward those clients who choose Miami Beach Boutique Hotels when booking group business

Thanks to a one-time grant from the Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority (VCA), individuals, agencies or organizations who book a minimum of 20 room nights at Miami Beach Boutique Hotels will be entered into a lottery to win a $2,500 reward.

Here are a few key points of the Program:

• Hotel stays must take place within the City of Miami Beach during the 2009/2010 fiscal year. The fiscal year is defined as October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.

• The group (an individual, an agency or an organization) must have booked at least 20 room nights to be eligible for the “Stimulus Lottery”. The award goes to the individual from the group who signs the contract with the hotel.

• Each participating hotel must develop a special (group) package that must be advertised on their hotel’s website. Additional promotion of the Miami Beach Boutique Hotel Group Stimulus Program will happen via the GMCVB’s website; the VCA’s website; and via other marketing channels.

• Applications to the “Stimulus Lottery” may only be submitted by the hotelier on behalf of the group(s) staying within their hotels.

• There will be three (3) award periods, each with a deadline for application submission. The award amount per period to the one (1) winner will be $2,500.
